Annual Customer Survey Provides Important Feedback

Each year we send policyholders a survey asking:

• What's most important?
• How's NIE's performance?
• What do you like best?
• What do we need to improve?

This isn't just an exercise. We read every response out loud at our monthly office meeting. Policyholder input is one of the best tools available to help us improve!
